WELDING DEPARTEMENT

We effect carryover procedures for anti-wear treatments:

  • Traditional method (MIG / MAG, ELECTRODE, TIG)
  • Last generation method by PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc)

This type of process is applied on compasses and shafts, valve components, seats, shutters, bushings, etc.

We are able to provide finishing metallic details of mechanical machining and control.

All the aforementioned procedures are carried out by qualified and qualified personnel to carry on various materials certified by “RINA” and other certification bodies (see attached table).

  • N° 3 welding stations TIG AC.DC.
